Join us on the rooftop at MOTBY Social for ROOTED—an elevated wellness experience designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon surrounded by beautiful views and great company.
We'll begin with a 30-minute Strength Flex class, a mat Pilates-inspired workout that blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement. Then, settle into a guided Paint Your Own Tote experience, where you'll create something uniquely yours while enjoying the rooftop atmosphere.
Throughout the event, Mai Suite Serenity will be offering complimentary chair massages, giving you the opportunity to relax, recharge, and fully embrace the experience.
